Service Description

This course includes full access to our members only CPD accredited online portal as well as a 1 hour 1:1 coaching session with our lead consultant. You'll have Portal access for 6 months and upon completion will be CPD accredited to use our bespoke set of electronic Mental Fitness and Personal Development Modules designed to improve your knowledge of Mental Fitness and equip you with basic tools for management and improvement of your own Mental Fitness.
